• Diagnostic Data: We collect URLs, domain metadata, and technical infrastructure markers during our Sub-Orbital Scans.
• Lead Data: We collect names, emails, and phone numbers via GoHighLevel (GHL) to route your reports.
• Audit Data: We collect specific business metrics provided in the 12-Point Structural Protocol.

AI Processing & Synchronization:

• Otto (AI Agent): Your data is processed by our proprietary AI agent, Otto, to synthesize your diagnostic reports. Data is used to inform Otto's responses but is not sold to third-party data brokers.
• Third-Party Handshakes: We use GoHighLevel and Make.com to synchronize your data across our secure infrastructure.

Data Retention:We retain data only as long as necessary to maintain your Strategic Velocity and provide ongoing remediation updates. You may request a "System Wipe" (Data Deletion) at any time.
